Research Interests

Computational approaches to solving biological problems: I am interested in applying and developing computational biology methodology, tools and resources to address research problems in collaboration with experimental biologists.

Topics of interest:

  • Analysis of expression, regulation and interaction of genes and their products.
  • Protein structure modeling, dynamics and docking
  • Literature and knowledge base data mining to identify disease markers and targets.
  • Statistical analysis of datasets such as high throughput small molecule screens.
  • Research Computing: Porting computational biology applications for Tufts research community.
